The Ronix One Blackout takes over a decade worth of wakeboard development and knowledge and pushes it into the next decade with Ronix's incredibly light and responsive Blackout core. This blend takes one of the most renowned boards on the market and reduces the weight while increasing all explosive ride feel that you've come to love. The Blackout still includes an I-Beam internal construction, pushing the boundaries of construction; this fibreglass weaved core providing strength both off the wake and on landings. Designed to be thinner and with polyurethane sidewalls, the Ronix One Blackout is not only faster across the top of the water but has less swing weight. Along with these features, Ronix boasts a highly developed base construction with a sintered base and reduced rocker line height, allowing the board to have one of the fastest and most responsive bases on the market. The Ronix One Carbitex takes the boot that you thought couldn't fit any more in it and does exactly that! From the Brainframe chassis inwards, this cloud of a boot maximises support and feel to be one with your wakeboard and fills every gap for a tight fit with its double lasted shape. An all-new Carbitex carbon wrap adds that bit of carbon in your sporting life that you've been missing, reducing stretch and improving performance. The interior of this boot is designed and shaped like you've had a foot massage and are walking home on marshmallows. With the super fabric lining and Pro S.O.L.E, you will have not just comfort but a performance boot that will boost you higher, land softer, and react faster.

Wakeboard Features

Rocker Line

  • 3-Stage Rocker - An abrupt 3-stage rocker is shaped with a later, more defined kick providing instant release, allowing not only explosive pop straight up but also plenty of carry. Be it behind a G23 or a smaller boat; this 3-stage will give you the kick you never knew you needed.

  • Energy Rating(1=Delayed/Stored Energy, 10=Instant Explosiveness) - 10/10

Core Construction

  • Black Out Core - This core is so incredibly amazing that Ronix wouldn't tell us what it's made from. So we started digging, accidentally hit China by mistake, popped up in Mexico, got stuck at Donald Trump's wall and finally snuck into the Labs in Seattle. So what makes it so amazing, you ask? It's a wonderful concoction of sugar, spice and everything nice combined with unicorn tears, rocking horse poo and a slight dash of the colonel's 11 secret herbs and spices.
  • Carbon Stringers - Stringers running vertically through the board creating directional stiffness and create Ronix's most explosive pop to date. Or 2 giant gummy worms. What? We told you they wouldn't tell us what's in it; we're just exploring all options.

Rails/Edges

  • Speedwalls - Poured Urethane Sidewalls for greater top water speed

Laminates

  • Monocoque Construction - An outer glass wrap from the bottom to the top, so the flash line is switched out from the weakest point of the board to the strongest. It is also renowned as the most durable construction in wakeboarding.
  • Magic Carpet - Ronix are always sourcing new fibreglass materials trying to find that perfect blend that allows the perfect amount of resin to seep thru and set to their Magic Carpet
  • I-Beam Construction - The second layer of internal fibreglass in the core of the board. It not only helps to make a bulletproof construction, but it also gives a snappier response and softer landings. Really who needs carbon anymore

Base

  • Sintered Base - Less Friction means more glide speed and carry into the wake.
  • Tip/ Tail Concave - gives a faster feel to the board and allows for a cleaner release off the wake.
  • Deep Recessed Fin Channels - direct more water through the fins, allowing for greater control and easier release off the wake.
